1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What kind of coloring books do you sell?
We offer a wide variety including:
- Adult coloring books (mandalas, florals, fantasy, motivational)
- Children’s coloring books
- Christmas, Halloween & seasonal books
- Mindfulness and anxiety-relief themed books
6. What paper quality do your books have?
All our books are printed on high-quality, thick paper (typically 100–120 GSM) to minimize bleed-through and provide a smooth coloring experience with markers, gel pens, and colored pencils.
7. Are the books suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer books with both simple and intricate designs, making them perfect for beginners as well as experienced colorists.
8. Are the coloring books single-sided or double-sided?
Most of our adult coloring books are single-sided to prevent bleed-through and allow you to use markers freely. Children’s books may be double-sided.
9. Do you offer spiral-bound books?
Yes. Many of our books are spiral-bound for easier coloring and to lay flat.
10. Are these books good for gifts?
Absolutely. All books come in beautiful packaging and make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, self-care, and relaxation.
11. Do the books come with colored pencils or markers?
No. Coloring books are sold separately so you can choose the tools you prefer. We recommend high-quality colored pencils, gel pens, or markers.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my book arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
